*Document upload is only available on a paid subscription. However, in the event that you move from a Level 2 or higher subscription to Level 1, you will still be able to access any document uploaded prior to moving to the Level 1 subscription. Documents will be accessible for a minimum of 4 years from upload date as long as you maintain an active DONELines subscription on any account level. After 4 years, documents may be deleted per most recent Terms of Service.
**Unlimited document upload available to store transaction specific and transaction related documents for any transaction managed on the DONELines platform. Document upload only available while on an active Level 2 or higher subscription. In the event that you move from a Level 2 or higher subscription to Level 1, you will still be able to access any document uploaded prior to moving to the Level 1 subscription. Documents will be accessible for a minimum of 4 years from upload date as long as you maintain an active DONELines subscription on any account level. After 4 years, documents may be deleted per most recent Terms of Service.
