Quarterly Drawing

DONELines is a new Transaction Management platform for individual real estate agents, real estate teams and transaction coordinators. We understand that many agents and teams would enjoy the benefits of DONELines, however might already be working with a transaction coordinator. In order to help get DONELines in front of more Transaction Coordinators AND to ensure agents and teams are receiving the benefits of DONELines, we are offering a quarterly drawing for any real estate agent that refers their transaction coordinator to DONELines.

General Rules –

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must have a valid and active Colorado real estate license.
• In order to be eligible, all applicants must like and/or follow either the DONELines Facebook Page (facebook.com/DONELines) or Instagram Account (@DONELines).
• Applicant must provide DONELines with their transaction coordinator contact information, including valid email address and phone number.
• Upon DONELines making contact with the referred transaction coordinator, applicant will be entered into the quarterly giveaway. Contact is defined as a conversation between DONELines, returned text from the transaction coordinator or an email response from the transaction coordinator. Transaction coordinator DOES NOT have to sign up for DONELines in order for the agent to be entered into the giveaway.
• There is no purchase necessary to enter giveaway from any party.

The Prize –

• The winning applicant will win a $250** Visa Gift Card*.
• Winner will be picked at random on the first day of each quarter through 2024.

Giveaway Timeline –

• Entries will begin on January 1, 2024, and the first drawing will be held on April 1, 2024. The winner will be announced on or before April 15, 2024. Second drawing will be held on July 1, 2024. The winner will be announced on or before July 15, 2024. Third drawing to be held on October 1, 2024. Winner will be announced on or before October 15, 2024.
• To be eligible for the current upcoming drawing, applicants must be entered into the drawing by 11:59pm on the night before the drawing.
• Applicants will automatically rollover to the next drawing date, unless they were the winning applicant. Each applicant can only win one drawing per referred Transaction Coordinator. Transaction Coordinators referred to at the same Transaction Brokerage Firm/Company will not count as separate referrals.
