»» When it comes to an Active Transaction and your subscription level, an Active Transaction is considered any property inputted into DONELines that is not actively archived.

»» No, there are no limitations to the number of archived transactions on any of our account type or subscription levels.

»» When a transaction is archived, you’re able to easily access the transaction and still access any uploaded document for the specific transaction and review any of the info in the Info Column for that specific transaction. This is a great way to ensure you’re keeping your documents per state requirements for every transaction you close with DONELInes.

»» The right account for you would be a Team Account. You would want the Team Leader to be the main account holder. The account holder has all functions of the account, including managing subscription level and Team Members. Once you have signed up for your Team Account, you’d add in all your agents, including the Team Member that acts as your Transaction Coordinator. Then, your Transaction Coordinator would sign into their DONELines account and manage transactions as normal. They would want to make sure they assign themselves as an agent to any transaction they are managing along with the any other agent that needs access. This would usually incude the Team Leader, the lead agent on the transaction and the Transaction Coordinator. Finally, when the Transaction Coordinator setups up their signature within their DONELines account, they would make their title, Transaction Coordinator.
