DONELines was originally created by Trevor Kohlhepp, a Denver area high producing real estate agent who wanted a better way to manage his transactions and provide a higher level of service for his clients, while ultimately squeezing out any extra time that Trevor could to spend with his growing family.

After finding most platforms advertised as transaction management systems were nothing more than CRMs and trying to manipulate existing task management programs Trevor set out to develop a real transaction management platform for his real estate team and clients. Trevor’s attention to detail and his custom transaction management platform created the perfect storm and was approached by some of the Denver areas top producing agents to start offering Transaction Coordinator services.

This demand created an even more complex and complete transaction management system. Were many transaction coordinators are only able to manage 20 transactions at a time, Trevor has successfully used his system to manage nearly 50 transactions effortlessly at one time. And, this is nowhere near the limit for this platform.  After seeing the demand for a system that will manage every deadline within the transaction, DONELines was created and is now offered to anyone that wants to provide the highest level of service, while maximizing their free time to do the things they want to do.

To make transaction management so easy that the Transaction Coordinator or real estate professional using DONELines has more time to do what they want, regardless of the numbers of transactions they are managing all while never missing a single deadline.

The Problem

For a single transaction there are 43 deadlines in the contract. There are at least an additional 20 deadlines that the involved real estate professional must complete in order to get a transaction to the closing table. One missed deadline can cost one party or more $1000’s or even $100,000’s. A good real estate professional is likely working on 2, 3 or more transactions at any single time. Managing the deadlines for each of these transactions is a full time job and improper management can cost you time and money.
